Is a business process management software that allows an organization to use a system of integrated applications to manage the business and automate many back office functions related to technology, services and human resources. For an enterprise, it is very important to get the right resources and manpower. Without the manpower or the resource, it is not possible for the enterprise to execute the work or goals that would be pre-determined by the enterprise itself. The manpower gives the enterprise that strength and willpower to face the functioning and the performance and also recover from any hindrances that would come their way.But if the resources are not available, one or two people cannot perform the job of fifty to hundred people.The manpower also ensures the accuracy and efficiency in work and also it will help to do

the work at a very minimal duration or time period. The resource or the mankind could be for various operations such as, product planning, development, production, marketing, sales, services, etc. The manpower makes the work easier as one person’s mistake can be either avoided or detected and corrected before it reaches extremes that cannot be recovered. The employer must only see to that he appoints and recruits the right personnel so that they can work and co-ordinate effectively with each other. It may be possible that the employees have conflict with each other for some or the other issues. But they must see to that it does not affect or leave a bad mark on the organization. Because the fault of the employees and their mental state is not related to either the employer or the enterprise. Some things in the enterprise is a must such as a department for human resource, relationship management, grievances management, counselling department, personnel management, and other similar departments that would help the employees to resolve their personal problems or situations and not let their problems influence the efficiency of the enterprise. The employers must see to that the employees are not given too much work that makes them cranky to work effectively.

It must be such that the employees must be comfortable to work with their responsibilities and not feel the burden that cannot be managed by them. Always the work should be first introduced to them and then their reaction to it must be observed and then it must be enforced. Only an efficient employer would follow this procedure to employ a candidate in his organization. A business can use ERP software to manage back-office activities and tasks including the following: Distribution process management, supply chain management, services knowledge base, configure, prices, improve accuracy of financial data, facilitate better project planning, automate employee life-cycle, standardize critical business procedures, reduce redundant tasks, assess business needs, accounting and financial applications, lower purchasing costs, manage human resources and payroll. The employees must be introduced to the organization properly so that they feel the ease in the working. They must also be confined with the work that would be entrusted to them so that they do not feel that something unusual and new is happening to them or is expected from them.
