Some things in the enterprise is a must such as a department for human resource, relationship management, grievances management, counselling department, personnel management, and other similar departments that would help the employees to resolve their personal problems or situations and not let their problems influence the efficiency of the enterprise. The employers must see to that the employees are not given too much work that makes them cranky to work effectively.

It must be such that the employees must be comfortable to work with their responsibilities and not feel the burden that cannot be managed by them. Always the work should be first introduced to them and then their reaction to it must be observed and then it must be enforced. Only an efficient employer would follow this procedure to employ a candidate in his organization.
